Participants in the crypto market have reacted to Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter. The creator of the Ethereum blockchain, Vitalik Buterin, has expressed his opinion on the acquisition’s implications.

Buterin stated that the most significant result of Elon Musk’s ownership of Twitter might not be any specific policy change but rather a shift in user behavior.

He believes that Elon Musk’s fans will experience a lift in morale, while his opponents will likely feel isolated on the platform. He further stressed that his stance does not imply that he opposes Musk’s purchase of Twitter.

The largest consequence of Elon taking over Twitter may well be not any specific policy decision he makes, but rather the morale effect of his supporters feeling emboldened and his detractors feeling like they are arguing on enemy territory,” he noted.

Buterin also said that the psychological impact is already taking place. His prediction is not far-fetched, particularly in light of recent events. Twitter previously got into a heated argument with cryptocurrency market traders.

Crypto enthusiasts are encouraged by Musk’s plans for Twitter

Elon Musk indicated that his primary motive for purchasing Twitter was turning it into the apex of free expression. He recently said that he opposes censorship that exceeds the law.

He also intends to solve other issues on the site, such as spambots and the addition of an edit button. Meanwhile, many cryptocurrency market players are enthusiastic about the implications of the impending takeover.

Dogecoin (DOGE) supporters, of whom Elon Musk is a strong supporter, are looking forward to the platform’s incorporation of the memecoin. DOGE has been reacting to important news in the Twitter purchase circumstances.
